Sparrow’s Sprout recently conducted their signature Workshop-Based Training on May 9th for Fast Track Business Coaching Participant’s Employees (Relationship Managers).

The workshop, facilitated by Business Coach Sudhir Sakpal, featured our “8-STEP PROCESS” tool from Business Sarthi Toolkit and was aptly named “GOAL SETTING USING LIFELINE.”

This workshop helped Relationship Managers understand their clients’ financial goals with a unique “PEN AND PAPER TECHNIQUE”, where participants learned to draw the lifeline of their clients.

By doing so, Relationship Managers can better identify their clients’ needs and tailor their financial goals accordingly.

Understanding clients’ financial goals and selecting appropriate financial products is a vital responsibility of Mutual Fund Distributors and Certified Financial Planners, and this workshop offered valuable insights and strategies to achieve this goal.

 Participants learned how to:

The workshop was a resounding success, and participants left with a better understanding of how to identify clients’ financial goals and then connect them to appropriate financial goals.
